ADTO TOOLS (ADTO Hardware Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Hunan ADTO Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as ADTO Group), Founded in 1998, the Group runs 25 business divisions covering full ranges of construction materials, decoration materials and home supplies, serving as a global one-stop supplier of scaffolding, formwork and building materials. Centered on divisional development, the Group serves worldwide clients via brand operation, OEM manufacturing and supply chain sales.

ADTO Group launched global foreign trade business in 2005, accumulating over 150,000 targeted global clients with sales networks covering more than 170 countries and regions worldwide. Owning the self-owned brand "ADTO", the Group has attended the Canton Fair for 18 consecutive years. It operates self-owned production bases in Hubei, Tianjin and other regions, with over 300 joint venture cooperative factories.

ADTO TOOLS Development Journey: 

16 Years of Dedicated Development to Build a Benchmark Professional Tool Brand

Phase 1: Industrial Foundation (2005–2010)

In 2005, the Group rolled out global foreign trade business, laying a solid foundation for ADTO TOOLS to explore overseas markets and build mature channel networks. The Hubei production base was officially put into operation in 2008.

In 2010, the base expanded production of aluminum alloy housing parts for power tools and OEM customized manufacturing, completing the production system for core power tool components and laying a manufacturing foundation for the independent development of ADTO TOOLS.

Phase 2: Scaled Development (2010–2017)

In 2011, two major production bases were established in Tianjin, alongside a dedicated international trade center for ADTO TOOLS power tools, kicking off large-scale and specialized global market expansion.

In 2014, the revenue of ADTO TOOLS power tool division exceeded 100 million RMB, marking a leap-forward growth in industrial scale.

Phase 3: Specialized Brand Development (2018 – Present)

In 2018, the ADTO TOOLS brand launched independent operation. The Group built self-owned factories and joint venture specialized tool production bases simultaneously, making power tools a core pillar industry and ushering in a brand-new phase of specialized tool development.

In 2020, the Group formulated its core overseas brand strategy featuring two parallel business lines: building materials and hardware tools, empowering global market expansion from two dimensions.

In 2022, the Group built an integrated full industrial chain covering scaffolding, construction materials, hardware & power tools and engineering equipment consumables, realizing upstream and downstream resource integration and one-stop supporting services to greatly boost delivery efficiency.

In 2023, the Group fully launched global brand upgrading. ADTO TOOLS opened global brand franchise cooperation and regularly participates in the Canton Fair (brand exhibition) and overseas expos to expand global sales channels.
