Product Application Scope
| Primary Work Objects | Typical Work Scenarios |
| Fast bolt/nut removal and installation: | Whether tightening or loosening, as long as the bolt/nut size is within its torque range, it can be completed efficiently |
| Mobile/powerless environment operation: | In places without a fixed power or air source, it is the only option that can provide powerful force |
| High torque, high resistance operations: | Specifically designed to handle rusted, overtightened fasteners, or those coated with thread locker. Its impact force is far more effective than manual or ordinary power tools |
Advantage/Benefits
| Advantage | Benefit (Your Gain) |
| Cordless and Portable | Suitable for environments without power supply or mobile work environments (such as vehicle repair, steel structure installation, field work), free from power limitations |
| High Torque | Improves the efficiency of bolt removal and installation, especially suitable for batch operations. High torque and controllable torque prevent overtightening or stripping of bolts |
| Impact Mechanism | The internal impact mechanism (hammer and anvil structure) generates instantaneous, high-frequency rotational impact force, which can efficiently disassemble rusted and overtightened bolts, with minimal recoil force, protecting the user's wrist |
| Fast Bolt Removal and Installation | Improves work efficiency, extremely fast, reduces manual labor, and avoids fatigue or injury caused by manual operation |
| Long Battery Life | Only one fully charged battery is needed for operation, no need for connecting cables, ready to use immediately. This is a huge advantage when moving between complex or distant workstations |
How to Use
Understand your tool's characteristics, such as maximum torque, gear settings, and indicator light meanings. Install a fully charged battery before use;
Select a socket that matches the bolt size, adjust the torque setting as needed (such as digital setting or multi-gear adjustment), and ensure that the part to
be disassembled is reliably supported. Align the tool with the bolt, hold the body firmly, and activate the switch to tighten or loosen.
After use, clean the socket and body promptly, and remove the battery and store it in a dry environment.
For long-term storage, remove the battery from the tool and store it separately. For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 60% capacity (usually 2-3 bars)
and store it in a cool, dry place.
